SafePave™- Original (SPO61-?) - "Stronger. Smarter. Safer."
SafePave™- Original (SPO61-?) is a high-strength woven fibreglass reinforcement tape engineered for enhanced bonding to difficult surfaces such as natural stone and low surface energy ceramics. It incorporates a 300 g/m² fibreglass mesh with a high-tack modified acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA), providing exceptional adhesion, fracture control, and improved safety in tile installations.
SafePave™- Original (SPO61-?) consists of a peel and stick high tensile tape that is applied to the underside of a tile. The tape increases the impact resistance and load bearing capacity and can be used on both new and previously installed tiles. Application is quick and easy and does not require tradesmen.

The tape allows for some tile movement to assist with the absorption of vibration. 100% adhesion is important as it:
Distributes load evenly and reduces stress concentration
Enables the full system to act as a laminated composite, turning the separate components into one reinforced tile panel.
Makes the whole system stronger and prevents tape shear
Contains crack propagation. Cracks are bridged by the tape and held flat

SafePave™- Original (SPO61-?) is an easy to install, pressure sensitive tape that is designed to provide full adhesion to the underside of a tile. Installation is as simple as peel and stick.
Clean and dry underside of tile
Place on flat surface with the underside facing up
Peel back the protective layer from one edge of the SafePave™ tape
Tack the exposed adhesive to one side of the tape
Peel back the protective layer whilst applying the tape to the underside of the tile
Pressure roll the tape on to the tile.
